San Francisco Meditation

GRATITUDE helps us put things in perspective, feel more positive, reduce stressful and upsetting feelings that come from criticizing, complaining and wallowing in negativity.

When our minds are obsessed with complicated and negative emotions, it is difficult to have GRATITUDE.
However, if you meditate away all those emotions, only GRATITUDE will remain.
Let's try to have GRATITUDE and nourish our souls.
